Hubers Eat the World

This British Overseas Territory at the tip of Spain makes no sense, except that it just may have helped win WWII. I found an Italian pasta dish with the most British flavors. No herbs! For some reason it is very popular in Gibraltar. It was not bad. 10/21 21

They eat a lot of lamb here, but I found a recipe for sea trout with an oatmeal gremolata (kind of) and it was delicious. 10/20/21

Iran is so much different than I expected. Like their northwestern neighbors, they are big on sour flavors. This chicken kabab was outstanding.  10/19/21
