Iran
Iran is so much different than I expected. Like their northwestern neighbors, they are big on sour flavors. This chicken kabab was outstanding.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
