Rosketti. This was hands down one of the worst recipes I've ever made. Maybe it was a bad recipe. These are shortbread-ish cookies with way too much cornstarch.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
