I can't find the recipe I used, but this was a vaguely Asian stir fry with noodles, really a chop suey. Not a lot of spice, but still pretty good.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
