Another plov, and this one was excellent because I have figured out to cook them in the InstantPot. It's a fast and good dinner.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
