The mole which covered the enchiladas was terrible (to me -- the other 2 liked it). Very strong clove flavor which I found super bitter.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
