Malta and Liechtenstein
Beef olives. The gravy was divine. I could have done without the bacon in the filling. Served with kasknopfle, a spaetzle from Liechtenstein.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
