I made a bibimbap-inspired rice bowl, with gochujang coated chicken, mushrooms, kimchi, and spinach. It was not exactly traditional, but very very good.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
