Oregon, USA and Eswatini

Two salads. From Oregon, a harvest salad with pears, Oregon blue cheese, and hazelnuts. Eswatini brought us slaai: an avocado salad dressed with ginger, lemon juice, and crushed peanuts. Both were great.
