Or as we call it, deLuxembourg. This is one fancy country, and the meal of poached chicken in a creamy sauce with a puff pastry topper was fine but bland.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
