I lost the recipe for this one, but best as I can remember it was hasaada, a lentil stew with toast. Photo is terrible, but it tasted pretty good.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
