Pepperoni rolls. Pizza dough, pepperoni, and mozzarella, rolled into logs and baked. No spices, no marinara. We ate them hot for dinner and I had a tough time finishing mine. There were leftovers and I ate one old for lunch and wow, that's how to eat them! They would make a good picnic food because they are not juicy. I'd take a sausage roll over them any day, however.
