Pabellon crillo, the national dish of Venezuela. Not a fan (mostly because I really dislike bell peppers and they were prominent).

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
