Chicken riggis. Forgot to take a photo! Chicken, tomato sauce, and cream over rigatoni. I heavily edited the recipes as there was no way I was going to eat a brick of cream cheese.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
