Another plov, this one with carrots and paprika. We ended up with 2 leftover plovs and I mixed them together for lunch.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
