Used turkey stock from post-Thanksgiving for a tasty lemon and cauliflower risotto. We learned that Lombardy is the premier rice growing region in Italy.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
