Since it's finally cold here, I cooked a bean soup and cornbread topped with leeks, scallions, and feta. Weird but good.

I ate a bunch of pierogi when I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, but they were nowhere near as good as these. Will make again for sure. 03/08/22
