Doro wat with injera finishes Africa! This was incredibly tasty, although the injera was tricky. Teff (used for injera) has been grown in Idaho for more than 30 years.  1/20/22

Manti. Phew, these were hard to make. We just couldn't get the dough thin enough. The sauces though, were interesting in a good way. 1/9/22
