I found a sneaky way around cooking a casino buffet. Basque sheepherders were a thing in Nevada! So I made a classic soup with a head of garlic, leftover bread, homemade chicken stock, and paprika.  03/31/21

Perhaps the most intriguing country so far. Claimed by the Dutch, who enslaved Africans to work their fields. I see all that and English influences in the food. Ingredients: burnt sugar, green sauce, chicken, Worcestshire sauce, soy sauce, and so much more.  03/23/21
